Spur Digital Supports Newly Formed Houston Interactive Marketing Association

HOUSTON (April 10, 2006) – Spur Digital, a graduate of the Houston Technology Center, is pleased to announce its support for the launch of the Houston Interactive Marketing Association (HiMA), a non-profit 501(c)(6) corporation dedicated to increasing awareness, education and utilization of interactive marketing in the Greater Houston Area. Founded by leaders from Houston-based interactive agencies and corporate marketers, HiMA seeks to support the growth of online media in advertising and marketing. 
Kicking off its series of educational and networking programs, HiMA‘s first event will feature eMarketer founder and CEO Geoffrey Ramsey who will address trends, strategies and tactics on January 26, 2006. The event will be held from 7:30 to 9am at the Houston Technology Center located at 410 Pierce St., Houston, 77002 (view map).
