K. David Quackenbush joins Gimmal Group, Inc. as new President and COO

New leadership to accelerate growth of company
Houston, Texas - June 17, 2008 - Gimmal Group, Inc., a leading provider of Enterprise Content and Records Management (ECRM) consulting, professional services and solutions, today announced that K. David Quackenbush has joined the company as President and Chief Operating Officer. David brings extensive experience leading IT services organizations. He has led organizations with revenue in excess of $100MM. His experience includes leading high growth companies, building successful solutions and focused services in established companies. David has a good working relationship with many of the current Gimmal team as a result of previous mutual engagements and affiliations.

Prior to joining Gimmal, David was the President of CPSG, a nationally recognized consulting firm focused on delivering high-quality consulting services within the Identity Management and ERP space. Under his leadership, CPSG averaged double digit growth year-over-year for the past 5 years. Prior to joining CPSG, David held executive leadership positions with Comsys, Lante Corporation, Luminant Worldwide, Align Solutions, and BSG. He began his career with Arthur Young (E&Y).
David co-chairs the Emerging Technology Council of the Houston Technology Center. He is involved in a variety of community service activities, including the Child Advocates Board of Directors, Nottingham Civic Association Board Member and is a member of the Memorial Drive Methodist Church Board of Stewards.
