CHR Solutions Adds New Director to Board
HOUSTON (June 12, 2008) – CHR Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of infrastructure managed services and business consulting services, today announced that Naga “Nick” Punyamurthy has joined the CHR board of directors. He fills an open slot created by the departure of Mr. L. Fred Pounds who served a three-year term on the board.
Mr. James Taylor, co-founder, chairman and CEO of CHR Solutions, said: “Nick brings a wealth of expertise to our board from both business and technology perspectives. As CEO of InfoExperts in Dallas, he understands business strategy planning and execution and has grown revenue and profits since he founded this business in 1995. Nick also has extensive information technology (IT) planning and execution experience that will add value to our technology business practices.”
Mr. Arun Pasrija, co-founder, president and COO of CHR, noted that an external board has always been an important element of the company’s business vision. “James and I appreciate the wisdom and guidance that external board members bring, which is why we instituted the board during our start-up phase,” he said.

Mr. Punyamurthy has about 25 years of experience in IT, management consulting, business operations, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), marketing IT and management services to Fortune 500 companies, state and local governments, as well as experience in operating business in India. Prior to founding InfoExperts in 1995, he served as a consultant to Verizon/GTE from 1994 to 1996 building their enterprise information architecture, managed data administration for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida from 1992-1994, consulted with Phillips Petroleum Company from 1987 to 1992 on their strategic initiatives, and served as a manager for Cyber Automation Sciences from 1984 to 1987. He holds an MBA from the University of North Texas, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree from the University of Bangalore, India.
