CHR and Telecom Engineers Join To Expand Telecommunications Services

HOUSTON (May 15, 2008) – CHR Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of telecommunications engineering and infrastructure managed services, and Telecom Engineers (TE), a provider of comprehensive professional telecommunications engineering services based in Columbia, Missouri, announced that TE has been acquired by CHR Solutions effective May 15, 2008. Both companies are privately held and terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Dennis Kent, president of TE, said: “This is an exciting change as it gives my co-workers expanded opportunities and benefits, and allows us to provide more valuable services—especially in next-generation network design—to help our friends/clients grow their businesses. CHR brings important new capabilities including marketing, regulatory, security, business continuity, financial services, and business strategy including events like the CHR Forum being held June 24-25 in Dallas.”

James Taylor, chairman and CEO of CHR Solutions, said: “TE is a perfect complement to CHR as it gives us additional resources and access to new clients in several states. Together, we will help clients grow revenue, control costs, improve operations, manage risk, and align technology to business requirements.”

TE will become part of CHR’s Telecommunications and Infrastructure organization managed by Roger Hutton, business unit president, who said: “We welcome the TE team and look forward to having an office in Columbia to serve not only TE’s current client base but also CHR’s existing regional clients.”

Dennis will become CHR’s Engineer in Charge for the states of Missouri, Illinois and Iowa, and he will report to Vince Tyson, vice president, engineering managed services who oversees CHR’s Engineer in Charge program and reports to Mr. Hutton. The telecommunications group also provides engineering and systems integration services along with technology consulting for video services/IPTV, wireless strategies, and next-generation networks.

CHR’s vision is to grow within the next five years into a $100 million IT/telecom infrastructure services company providing infrastructure managed services, business process outsourcing, and consulting and engineering services. It focuses on serving middle-market companies in the telecom, energy and bank/financial services verticals leveraging local and global delivery models. CHR expects to grow revenues through a combination of organic growth, cross-selling services, and strategic acquisitions. CHR is a Houston Technology Center Graduate Company.
