Kerry Rupp is Managing Partner of DreamIt Ventures. Prior to DreamIt, she founded Holiday Golightly, an online travel service specializing in girlfriend getaway trips. She also provides marketing and strategy consulting to senior executives at companies such as AllRecipes.com, ReadersDigest, LexisNexis, Payscale, and Taleo. Kerry has startup experience at Classmates.com, Jobster, MarketSpan, CourtLink and Automated Catalogue Services.

Since inception in 2005, Mercury Fund has become one of the most active seed-stage venture firms in the Midcontinent, becoming a “go-to” fund for entrepreneurs at the earliest stages of idea generation, company formation, and market execution.  Mercury’s sole focus is seed and early-stage venture investing. Mercury initially invests between $50,000 to $1.5 million into an opportunity and will build syndicates for investments needing larger amounts of capital.  The Mercury Fund has been ranked as one of the top U.S. venture capital firms for early stage companies by Entrepreneur magazine.    Blair Garrou has significant experience in operating, investing in and advising startup companies, particularly in the software industry.
