Entrepreneurs - Retaining Control While Giving Up Control – The PentaSafe Story

Part of growing a young organization is dealing with constantly changing management roles and responsibilities.  Many entrepreneurs have to make hard decisions, such as bringing in a new CEO to take their company to a new level.  As difficult as it may be to admit, they sometimes have to put their trust in someone else to drive their dream forward.  This does not have to mean losing control, however, as our two speakers will attest.

Come to our September event and hear how PentaSafe co-founders and serial entrepreneurs Keith Kreuer and Mike Clark faced this problem, formulated a plan, and executed the solution.  Their solution not only worked for PentaSafe, but they learned that they had developed a model that they could apply to their future new company endeavors.
