Houston Technology Showcase

The Houston Technology Center will hold its sixth annual
Houston Technology Showcase® event on Friday, October 3, 2008 at the Hyatt Regency Houston.

Registration and the Exhibition will open at 10:00 a.m. and at 11:30 a.m. the luncheon program will begin with our featured keynote speaker Dr. Bernard A. Harris, Jr. who will discuss Living with Technology: Implications for Houston’s Future. Following the luncheon, the Exhibition will remain open until 2:30 p.m.

We anticipate attendance to be 300 people, including venture capitalists, private equity investors, angel investors, decision makers from technology companies, business service providers, companies and individuals interested in the region’s latest emerging technology.

The exhibition will showcase 50 HTC Client & Graduate Companies!

Speaker Dr. Bernard A. Harris, Jr.

Dr. Harris is a veteran astronaut of two space

flights, who was a clinical scientist and flight surgeon while at NASA Johnson Space Center.


He’s a successful entrepreneur, venture capitalist, philanthropist and recipient of the 2000 Horatio Alger Award.
