How to Pitch to Investors | TiE

In conjunction with the Houston Technology Center (HTC), TiE Houston is producing an event for the community.

Great ideas or businesses don’t always get funded simply because presentations and pitches fail to meet the mark with prospective investors. What separates an investable pitch from others? What are investors looking for in your presentation and materials?

As a founder, you need an effective pitch that creates interest and credibility; demonstrates your team is capable of executing your plan; and why you are different. Learn directly from experience venture capitalists, angel investors and entrepreneurs as to what they look for in teams, their pitches, and presentations to source their capital in startups.
