About Jeff Frey:

Jeff Frey is the Web Services Manager for Enterprise Applications in the Information Technology Department at Rice University. He provides technology solutions for faculty, staff, and students on campus as well as teaches new technology courses.
The solutions he manages can include researching software, vendor contracts and management, creating websites, along with custom hardware/software visioning, development, installation, and maintenance.

Jeff has a passion for the Houston nonprofit community and spends his nights and weekends supporting nonprofits and their initiatives with free-lance projects, consulting, and speaking engagements.
