Lee Grindheim is one of the nation�s foremost experts on reimbursement providing strategic reimbursement planning for medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology companies. Ms. Grindheim is a recognized expert in health care reimbursement (Managed Care, Medicare, and commercial insurance). She has initiated and managed comprehensive national policy development efforts and served as a liaison between physicians and institutional providers, and third party payers, both public and private. She has designed and delivered reimbursement training for physicians, hospital administrators, and marketing and sales personnel. Ms. Grindheim has nearly 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, where she served as Director of Reimbursement for NDO Surgical and Executive Director of Consulting Services for Cardinal Health Reimbursement Services. She also served as the Managed Care Director for DuPont Merck and the Director for the Office of Economic Affairs for the American Psychiatric Association. Ms. Grindheim is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Missouri and was a Fulbright Fellow at the International College in Denmark.
