Emerging Technology Council
The ETC is a valued part of the HTC and is a volunteer led organization that supports the broad-based emerging technology community in the ten county region by building infrastructure, retaining and attracting emerging technology companies, and being a concierge for emerging technology companies to connect them to resources, customers an sources of capital.
